Unconventional and unsurprisingly unpopular - the Mai Ta-IPA. Not one ordered from my Tiki Oasis room menu, so I’m working down the ingredients on my own. As the name implies, it’s a close to standard 1944 Mai Tai, but with 1.5 oz of an IPA mixed in. People tend to like it more when I just serve it and don’t recite the ingredients.
